Step-In Time Theatre School welcomes you.
I am excited to announce a theatre school that offers performing arts training in a professional, safe, and nurturing environment, as well as creative holiday clubs. A facility that specializes in childcare for performing arts.
Step-In Time Theatre School is led by Amy Goater.
"At a young age, I fell in love with performing, which led me to train in musical theatre. My successful performing career has led me to perform around Europe. My career has taken me on stage at Prides, Brighton and Edinburgh Fringe, and on BBC One's All Together Now. When I'm not performing, I'm a Teaching Assistant at Limetree Primary School."
Performing is not my only passion, but arts education. It is my belief that the arts should be accessible to everyone.
Performing is not only about learning lines and stepping onto the stage but also about resilience, time, courage, responsibility, and passion.
My vision for Step-in Time Theatre School is to have a space for children to learn, grow, and build confidence, and express themselves freely in a safe environment.
I believe that performing arts allows children to embrace individuality, teach language and communication skills, build confidence, the ability to understand others and learn a new discipline whilst having fun!.
During school holidays, Step-in Time Theatre School offers a creative care program. Each school holiday Step-In Time will host a different themed week for your children to learn, grow, make friends, and build in confidence.
The week will involve learning songs, dance, and scripts with enthusiastic performing arts teachers.
The week includes a variety of activities, including themed arts and crafts, talent shows, dance competitions, costumes, fun and games, a party, and the main event, a live performance on Friday.
Your child will be given the opportunity to explore the world of performing arts so do not hesitate and book now!.
On the last day of the holiday club, the children wear costumes of their choice and we will provide face painting to end the week with a performance for parents and friends.
Step-In Time Theatre School is a safe, nurturing, friendly, and educational space, where children can develop skills, build confidence, make friends, and truly become superstars. We provide a diverse, inclusive specialised performing arts childcare throughout the school holidays.
Ages 4 - 12. Children who are 4 must attend Reception.
All abilities are welcome.
